Websites we have built

Live screenshots of sites in production, plus clearly labeled concept designs. Concepts are not clients.

How we build websites

We start from the job the site has to do (book, quote, order, call) and design backwards from that moment. That is why the sites on this page look different from each other even though they share the same stack: a clinic needs a treatment menu and bookings; a lender needs a multi-step application; an application needs accounts and payments. Speed, the admin panel and technical SEO are the same on all of them, because those things should not depend on the budget.

Every site on this page is custom-coded on the same stack, with its own admin panel, hosted and maintained by us. Live sites are shown with real screenshots captured automatically from the live site, so what you see is what is there today, not a mockup. Concept designs show what a $1,500 site includes for specific industries and are labeled as such. Each project page explains what was built, why it was structured that way and what is under the hood, so you can compare against what your business needs.

Website questions

Questions people ask us

How much does a website cost?

$1,500 flat for a business website, whether you give us the direction or we write and design it for you, plus $200 a month maintenance with hosting, backups, security and updates. E-commerce, portals and applications are quoted separately.

How long does it take?

Two to three weeks if you bring the content; three to four if we write it.

Is it WordPress?

By default no: we custom-code, with no plugins and a simple admin panel. We build WordPress if you ask for it.

Who owns the site?

You do. Code, content and domain. If you leave, you get a full export.

Can I edit it myself?

Yes. Text, images, services, team, FAQs and blog posts from the admin panel, with no training needed.

Does it include SEO?

It includes the technical foundation: titles, descriptions, structured data, sitemap, speed and Search Console. Ongoing SEO work is a separate service.

Do you build sites in Spanish?

Yes, with English and Spanish versions and correct hreflang tags.
