Ultimate Town Car: Orlando car and limo service website with instant quotes

A booking-first website for an Orlando private car and limousine company: an instant quote widget wired into the dispatch system, service pages for airport, theme park, cruise and event rides, a fleet showcase, an AI chat assistant, Spanish pages and a custom admin panel. Built by us.

What it is

Ultimate Town Car is a private car and limousine service in Orlando, carrying families, cruise groups, business travelers and wedding parties across Central Florida. Its customers book from a phone, often from an airport gate or a hotel lobby, and they want a price and a confirmed ride in about a minute. The new website was designed and built by us around that moment.

What we built

An instant quote in the first screen. The home page opens with a quote widget: pickup and drop-off, date, time, passengers and flight number. It returns the company's real fixed rates and sends every request straight into the dispatch and reservations system the team already runs, with its booking and payment flow. Nothing is retyped and nothing waits in an inbox.

Service pages for every trip. Airport transfers to MCO and SFB with meet and greet, theme park rides with free car seats, cruise transfers to Port Canaveral, hourly and event service, limousines for weddings, proms and quinceañeras, and corporate car service. Each page answers the questions customers ask before they book: flat rates, flight tracking, waiting time, car seats and luggage.

A fleet showcase that sells the right car. Sedans, SUVs, passenger vans, executive Sprinters and stretch limousines glide past in a moving strip, laid out by party size, so a family of six or a group of fourteen picks the right vehicle without a phone call.

An AI assistant on every page. A chat assistant answers rider questions about rates, car seats, luggage and pickup times around the clock and points every serious enquiry to a quote.

Trust up front. The company's Google rating and review count, its authorizations with the City of Orlando and Port Canaveral, and its industry memberships sit next to the booking button, where a first-time customer decides.

Bilingual from day one. Spanish pages and Spanish-speaking dispatch for the many visitors who would rather book in Spanish.

Service areas and local search. Pages for Orlando, Lake Buena Vista, Kissimmee, International Drive, Winter Park, Lake Mary, Sanford, Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach and the other places the cars run, structured data for the business and its services, and fast pages on mobile.

Conversion tracking carried over. Call tracking, form tracking and ad conversion goals were set up to match the old site, so the company's paid search reporting carries on through the redesign.

A custom admin panel. The team edits pages, the fleet, FAQs and the blog from one admin, with only the buttons they need.

Stack

Node.js and Express, MySQL, a custom front end and a custom admin panel, deployed on the company's own server with SSL and backups.

Why it is in the portfolio

It shows how we build for a business whose website is its booking desk: the quote comes first, every request lands in the system the team already works in, and the rest of the site exists to answer the questions that stop people from booking. Transportation, tours, rentals and any business that sells by the trip get the same structure.

What every website we build includes

Build

Custom-coded on Node.js with no page builder and no plugins. The design is made for your business rather than adapted from a template, and it works on the phone first, because that is where most of your customers arrive. Every page loads in under a second, even with large photos, because images are optimized on upload and the code loads nothing the page does not use.

Your own admin panel

You log in, click the page, edit the text or swap the image, and save. Services, team, testimonials, FAQs and blog posts are simple forms. There are no updates to install and nothing to break. If you need a richer workflow we build it, but most owners want exactly this.

Technical SEO from day one

Clean semantic HTML, titles and descriptions per page, structured data for your business type, a sitemap, canonical tags, llms.txt for AI crawlers, and Search Console connected on launch day. If you take SEO or Local SEO with us later, the foundation is already there.

Forms and bookings, connected

Forms land in your inbox or your CRM instantly, with a confirmation to the customer and bot protection built in. Bookings can connect to your scheduling system. Nothing sits in an inbox nobody checks.

Maintenance, $200 a month

Hosting on servers we manage, nightly off-site backups, SSL, security monitoring and patching, updates, uptime monitoring and up to an hour of content edits a month. If something breaks at two in the morning, it is our problem. The code and content are yours; if you leave, you get a full export.

Price and timeline

A business website is $1,500 flat, whether you give us the direction or we write and design it for you. Two to four weeks. Larger projects (e-commerce, portals, applications, integrations, multiple languages) are quoted individually. Payment is fifty percent at kickoff and fifty at launch; maintenance starts at launch.
