Growth guides by industry
Every guide in this section answers the question a business owner asks before looking for an agency: how do I get more customers for my restaurant, more calls for my HVAC company, more patients for my practice. The answers are in priority order, with what each step costs and what you can do yourself before paying anyone. They are written for Orlando and Central Florida, but most of it applies in any city.

Who they are for
For the owner of a restaurant, a practice, a firm, a service company or a store who wants to understand what is happening with their visibility before paying anyone. No marketing knowledge is needed; every term is explained the first time it appears. If you run marketing for a larger company, the guides also work as a quick check on whether your current agency is doing the basics.
Terms you will see in these guides
- Cost per customer
- What you spend on marketing divided by the new customers it produces. The only metric that matters in the end.
- Service area
- The cities and zip codes you actually serve; set on your Google profile.
- Review velocity
- How often new reviews arrive. It matters more than the running total.
- Landing page
- The page someone lands on from an ad or a search. It must say the same thing as the ad.
- Call tracking
- Numbers that reveal which campaign or search produced each call.
- Initial term
- The first three months of any monthly plan, the time it takes to see the first real result.
