Web Market Florida, LLC ("Web Market Florida," "we," "us," or "our") operates webmarketflorida.com and provides search marketing, website development, advertising and AI front-desk services to businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website, our free tools, our forms and chat, and the phone, text and email communications we exchange with you.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form, book a strategy call, start a chat, run one of our free tools or email us, we collect the details you provide: name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, city, the services you are interested in, and anything you choose to write in a message field.

Information from calls and messages. When you call us, when our AI receptionist answers on our behalf, or when you text a number we publish, we collect your phone number, the date and time, the content of the conversation or message, and notes about what you asked for. Calls may be recorded or transcribed where we disclose this at the start of the call and you choose to continue.

Client account information. If you become a client, we collect the business information needed to deliver the work: billing contact, service addresses and hours, the delegated access you grant to platforms such as Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Ads, your website or your hosting account, and the content and assets you send us to publish.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we log IP address, the approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed and time on page. We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, analytics and advertising measurement.

Information from third parties. We receive aggregate performance data from the platforms we use for you or for ourselves, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Google Ads and our telephony and messaging providers.

We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account numbers or health information. Please do not send these to us by form, chat, email or text.

How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries, confirm appointments and prepare for strategy calls
  • To deliver, support and improve the services you hire us to perform
  • To send proposals, invoices, service updates and monthly reports
  • To send appointment reminders and service notifications by email and text message
  • To send marketing email or text messages where you have asked to receive them
  • To measure site performance, diagnose problems and protect against spam, fraud and abuse
  • To keep the records we are required to keep, including records of the consent you gave us
  • To comply with the law and to enforce our agreements

Consent

We rely on your consent for marketing email, marketing text messages and call recording. Consent is never a condition of buying anything from us. You may withdraw consent at any time using the methods described below, and withdrawing it does not affect anything we did lawfully beforehand.

Written and online consent

When you check a consent box on a form on this site, or reply to a message agreeing to be contacted, we keep a record of what the box said, the page it appeared on, the date and time, and the IP address used.

Verbal consent

You may also give consent verbally. If you tell us on a phone call — speaking with a member of our team or with our AI receptionist — that we may call you back, text you, email you, or contact you about a quote, a project or an appointment, we treat that as consent and we write it down. Our record of verbal consent includes who gave it, the phone number or email address it applies to, what was agreed, the name of the person or system that took it, and the date and time of the call. Where a call is recorded, the recording is kept as evidence of that consent.

Verbal consent covers only the purpose you agreed to. If you agreed to be contacted about a specific quote or appointment, we will not add you to marketing campaigns on that basis; marketing requires a separate, clearly stated opt-in. You can revoke verbal consent verbally as well: tell us on a call, or say or write "stop" at any time, and we will log the revocation and honor it.

Calls, recording and monitoring

Calls to and from our office and our AI receptionist may be monitored, recorded or transcribed for quality, training, accurate note-taking and proof of consent. Where recording applies, we disclose it at the beginning of the call. Florida requires the consent of all parties to record a communication, so we do not record unless that disclosure has been made and the parties continue the call. If you prefer not to be recorded, say so and we will continue without recording, or write to us at support@webmarketflorida.com instead.

Text messages (SMS and MMS)

What we send. We send two kinds of text messages: service and transactional messages such as appointment confirmations and reminders, callback requests, project updates, access requests and billing notices; and, where you have separately opted in, occasional marketing messages about our services and offers.

How we obtain consent. For the Web Market Florida Website Preview Texts program on (689) 407-4927, you enroll only by reading the written SMS consent agreement at our SMS signup and terms page and sending START yourself from your mobile phone. This is consent to promotional website-preview, design-service and pricing messages. A public business listing, verbal permission, a strategy-call form submission or an unrelated inquiry does not enroll you in this program. We use your inbound signup text and message history as the record of your request. Other service-related texts require consent appropriate to the specific service you requested; that consent does not enroll you in marketing.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to text messages in order to receive a quote, hire us or use any service.

Message frequency. Website Preview Texts includes an enrollment confirmation, up to 2 promotional messages about your requested preview within 7 days, and replies to questions you send. There is no ongoing promotional sequence after that preview period without a new signup. Other service messages are sent as relevant events occur and according to your requests.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to end all texts from that program. We will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and then stop. Reply START to resume and HELP for help. You may also opt out by calling +1 (407) 603-3278, emailing support@webmarketflorida.com, or telling us verbally on a call.

Mobile numbers are never sold or shared for marketing. We do not sell mobile numbers, and we do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Mobile information is shared only with the telephony and messaging vendors that deliver messages for us, and those vendors are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

Carriers and devices. Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.

Sharing information

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers that operate parts of our business under contract: hosting, email delivery, telephony and SMS, scheduling, CRM, analytics, payment processing and accounting. They may use the information only to perform that service for us.
  • Advertising and analytics platforms such as Google, which receive site usage and conversion data so that campaign performance can be measured. You can limit this with the cookie controls described below.
  • At your direction, for example when you ask us to coordinate with your other vendors or to grant access to a platform.
  • Legal reasons, where disclosure is required by law, subpoena or court order, or is necessary to protect the rights, safety, security or property of Web Market Florida or others.
  • Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets; your information would remain subject to this policy or a successor policy with equivalent protections.

Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to make the site work, analytics cookies to understand how pages perform, and advertising cookies to measure campaign results. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Where required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. Disabling essential cookies may break parts of the site.

Payments

Payments are handled by third-party processors. We receive confirmation of payment, the last four digits of the instrument and the billing contact. We do not store full card or bank account numbers on our systems.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and lead records for up to three years after the last contact. Client contracts, invoices and deliverables are kept for seven years to meet tax and legal requirements. Call recordings and transcripts are kept for up to twelve months unless they document consent or a dispute, in which case we keep them for as long as that purpose requires. Consent records — including verbal consent logs and SMS opt-in and opt-out records — are kept for at least four years after the consent ends, because we must be able to prove consent. After these periods we delete the data or render it anonymous.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
  • Correct information that is wrong or out of date
  • Delete your information
  • Stop sending marketing email, calls or text messages
  • Stop recording your calls

Write to support@webmarketflorida.com or call +1 (407) 603-3278. We verify your identity before acting, usually by confirming details you have already given us, and we respond within 45 days. There is no charge, and we will not treat you differently for asking. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR; we apply the rights listed above to everyone who asks, wherever they live.

Where we act as a service provider for a client — for example when we operate a client's forms, chat or AI receptionist — we handle the resulting personal information on that client's instructions, and requests about it should go to that client. If you are not sure who holds your data, write to us and we will forward your request.

Children

Our services are sold to businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, write to support@webmarketflorida.com and we will delete it.

Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, least-privilege handling of credentials and encrypted storage for the credentials we hold for you. We ask clients to grant delegated platform access rather than share passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Links to other sites

This site links to third-party sites and platforms that we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own; read their policies before giving them information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will post a notice on this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent again.
