Concept design. Not a client.
Concept: 24-hour plumbing company
Concept design for an emergency plumber: click-to-call hero, service-area pages, booking form. Not a client site.
What this concept shows
For an emergency plumber the website is a phone. This concept shows how we structure a home-services site so that a homeowner with water on the floor can call in one tap, and a homeowner planning a water heater replacement can learn enough to trust you. It is a design concept, not a client site.
The pages
Home. The phone number and a "Book now" button above everything on mobile, the service area named, the license number and insurance shown, real photos of the trucks and the team, and reviews pulled from Google.
Services. A page per service (emergency repairs, water heaters, drain cleaning, repiping, leak detection, fixtures), each with what the visit includes, typical price ranges, financing, and the questions customers ask.
Service area. A page per city served, written with real local detail: housing stock, common problems in that area, local reviews and photos. These are the pages that compete with the aggregators in each town.
Booking. A short form that texts the dispatcher immediately and emails the customer a confirmation, with a preferred window and a description of the problem.
Financing and specials. Clear, current, editable from the admin.
About. The people, the licenses, the guarantees.
Built for the ninety-second decision
Homeowners compare three companies from the map and call one. The site is built to win that comparison: fastest to load, clearest about price and availability, most proof of legitimacy, easiest to contact.
What is under the hood
Custom-coded, with a simple admin panel for services, cities, specials and photos; click-to-call and booking wired to the dispatcher; call tracking ready for Google Ads; LocalBusiness and Service schema; sitemap and llms.txt; hosting, backups and security in maintenance. Built for a real plumbing, HVAC or electrical company for $1,500 in two to four weeks.
What every website we build includes
Build
Custom-coded on Node.js with no page builder and no plugins. The design is made for your business rather than adapted from a template, and it works on the phone first, because that is where most of your customers arrive. Every page loads in under a second, even with large photos, because images are optimized on upload and the code loads nothing the page does not use.
Your own admin panel
You log in, click the page, edit the text or swap the image, and save. Services, team, testimonials, FAQs and blog posts are simple forms. There are no updates to install and nothing to break. If you need a richer workflow we build it, but most owners want exactly this.
Technical SEO from day one
Clean semantic HTML, titles and descriptions per page, structured data for your business type, a sitemap, canonical tags, llms.txt for AI crawlers, and Search Console connected on launch day. If you take SEO or Local SEO with us later, the foundation is already there.
Forms and bookings, connected
Forms land in your inbox or your CRM instantly, with a confirmation to the customer and bot protection built in. Bookings can connect to your scheduling system. Nothing sits in an inbox nobody checks.
Maintenance, $200 a month
Hosting on servers we manage, nightly off-site backups, SSL, security monitoring and patching, updates, uptime monitoring and up to an hour of content edits a month. If something breaks at two in the morning, it is our problem. The code and content are yours; if you leave, you get a full export.
Price and timeline
A business website is $1,500 flat, whether you give us the direction or we write and design it for you. Two to four weeks. Larger projects (e-commerce, portals, applications, integrations, multiple languages) are quoted individually. Payment is fifty percent at kickoff and fifty at launch; maintenance starts at launch.
