Concept: commercial security camera installer

What this concept shows

Security installers sell to two very different buyers, and a site that mixes them ranks for neither. This concept shows the two-front-door structure we use for security camera, access control and alarm companies. It is a design concept, not a client site. The structure is the same one that has kept a real nine-location Central Florida security company at #1 in its category for nine years.

The two paths

Commercial. Organized by the buyer's industry and problem: warehouses and logistics, retail and loss prevention, offices and access control, HOAs and gated communities, schools and healthcare. Each page speaks the buyer's language, shows relevant installations, lists certifications and insurance, and ends with a site-survey request that routes to the commercial team.

Residential. Organized by product and city: home camera systems, doorbell cameras, alarms, smart locks, and a page per city served. Each page shows pricing guidance, install photos, financing, reviews from homeowners, and a quote request that routes to the residential team.

Shared elements

License and insurance up front. Brand and integration pages for the systems you install, because many buyers have already chosen a brand and are searching for an installer. Project galleries tagged by industry and city. Reviews pulled from Google. A careers page, because good technicians are the constraint in this industry.

Multi-location ready

The concept includes a location page template for companies with more than one branch: each branch gets its own page, its own profile link, its own reviews and its own quote routing. Head office keeps brand control through the shared template.

What is under the hood

Custom-coded, with a simple admin panel for services, industries, cities, projects and team; quote forms routed by audience; Service and LocalBusiness schema; sitemap and llms.txt; hosting, backups and security in maintenance. Built for a real security company for $1,500 in two to four weeks, with multi-location and integration work quoted separately.

What every website we build includes

Build

Custom-coded on Node.js with no page builder and no plugins. The design is made for your business rather than adapted from a template, and it works on the phone first, because that is where most of your customers arrive. Every page loads in under a second, even with large photos, because images are optimized on upload and the code loads nothing the page does not use.

Your own admin panel

You log in, click the page, edit the text or swap the image, and save. Services, team, testimonials, FAQs and blog posts are simple forms. There are no updates to install and nothing to break. If you need a richer workflow we build it, but most owners want exactly this.

Technical SEO from day one

Clean semantic HTML, titles and descriptions per page, structured data for your business type, a sitemap, canonical tags, llms.txt for AI crawlers, and Search Console connected on launch day. If you take SEO or Local SEO with us later, the foundation is already there.

Forms and bookings, connected

Forms land in your inbox or your CRM instantly, with a confirmation to the customer and bot protection built in. Bookings can connect to your scheduling system. Nothing sits in an inbox nobody checks.

Maintenance, $200 a month

Hosting on servers we manage, nightly off-site backups, SSL, security monitoring and patching, updates, uptime monitoring and up to an hour of content edits a month. If something breaks at two in the morning, it is our problem. The code and content are yours; if you leave, you get a full export.

Price and timeline

A business website is $1,500 flat, whether you give us the direction or we write and design it for you. Two to four weeks. Larger projects (e-commerce, portals, applications, integrations, multiple languages) are quoted individually. Payment is fifty percent at kickoff and fifty at launch; maintenance starts at launch.
