What you get for $1,500
A custom-coded website with its own simple admin panel, hosted on our managed servers, with backups, SSL and security included in the $200 per month maintenance, and the technical SEO done before launch. No page builder, no forty plugins, no surprise invoices when something breaks.
Two ways to get your site
You tell us what you want. You bring the pages, the copy direction and any design references. We design and build, you review, we launch. Typical turnaround: two to three weeks.
We build it for you. You answer a short questionnaire and send your logo. We write the copy, decide the structure, design and build. Typical turnaround: three to four weeks.
Both are $1,500 flat and both include: a custom CMS to edit text and images yourself, mobile-first design, contact and booking forms wired to your inbox or CRM, Google Analytics and Search Console set up, and baseline on-page SEO (titles, descriptions, schema markup, sitemap, speed).
Larger projects (e-commerce, booking systems, portals, integrations, multi-language, web applications) are quoted individually. Recent examples are in the portfolio: a subscription web app with accounts and payments, a clinic site with booking straight into the CRM and an AI content assistant, and a lending site with a multi-step application.
Why custom-coded instead of a page builder
We build WordPress when a client asks for it. We default to a custom build because it is faster, it has no plugin security surface to maintain, the admin has only the buttons you need, and the technical SEO is built in rather than bolted on. For most businesses the difference shows up as better Core Web Vitals, fewer break-fix emergencies, and a site that ranks sooner. It is also why we can price it flat: there are no unknowns in the stack.
What "built to rank from day one" means
Every site ships with clean semantic HTML, a logical heading structure, titles and descriptions written for each page, structured data for your business type, an XML sitemap, canonical tags, fast image handling, and no render-blocking bloat. It loads in well under a second on a phone. Search Console is connected on launch day. If you take SEO or Local SEO with us later, the foundation is already there.
The admin panel
You log in, click the page, edit the text or swap the image, save. That is the whole training. Blog posts, team members, services, testimonials and FAQs are simple forms. Nothing to update, nothing to break. If you want a richer workflow, we build it, but most owners want exactly this.
Maintenance, $200 per month
Hosting on servers we manage, nightly backups kept off-site, SSL, security monitoring and patching, software updates, uptime monitoring and up to one hour of content edits a month. If something goes wrong at two in the morning, it is our problem. You own the code and the content; if you ever leave, you get a full export and the maintenance stops after the first three months whenever you like.
Design
Real photos of your team, your storefront and your work beat stock every time. If you do not have them, we tell you exactly what to shoot with a phone and we handle the rest. Every site gets a design that belongs to your business rather than a template you will recognize on a competitor's site next month.
Bilingual sites
Spanish versions are available for businesses serving Spanish-speaking customers, with proper hreflang tags so Google shows the right version to the right searcher.
How the project runs
Kickoff call and questionnaire. Structure and copy approved. Design approved. Build and review. Launch, with analytics, Search Console and redirects from any old URLs handled. Payment is fifty percent at kickoff and fifty percent at launch. Maintenance starts at launch.
