The situation

A single-location service business in West Palm Beach with a Google Business Profile that had been set up years earlier and never touched since. The business was visible for its own name and almost nothing else.

What we did

Category and attribute rebuild on the profile, services listed individually with descriptions, citation cleanup across the directories that matter in Florida, a review request process, and a small set of service pages on the website that matched the profile exactly.

The result

The business reached the top three map results for its primary category searches in its area. This is the standard outcome of the work we now sell as the Advanced Local SEO plan, from $500/month.

The starting point

The Google Business Profile had been created years earlier, verified, and left alone. The primary category was generic, no services were listed, the description was two sentences, hours were wrong for one weekday, and there were two photos. Citations across the major directories showed an old phone number from a previous provider and two versions of the address. The website mentioned the city once, in the footer.

The work, in order

Week one: category corrected and secondary categories added based on the competitors ranking in the area, services listed individually with descriptions, hours fixed, description rewritten to name the service area and the services. A photo plan the owner could run on a phone.

Weeks two to four: citation cleanup across the directories that matter in Florida, closing the old phone number and merging the address variants. A review request process started from the invoice.

Weeks four to eight: three service pages on the website, each matching the profile's services and naming the areas served, plus a location page for the city. Internal links so the pages support each other.

Weeks eight to twelve: the profile entered the top three map results for its primary category searches in the area. The grid showed the strongest coverage around the office with a growing radius toward the neighborhoods the new pages described.

What made the difference

Nothing exotic. The profile finally said what the business did, the web agreed about its name, address and phone, reviews started arriving, and the website confirmed all of it. Most single-location businesses that are invisible locally are in exactly this state, and this is the standard outcome of the Advanced Local SEO plan.

Why the client is not named

A single-location service business in a specific city is easy to identify from a case study, and the owner preferred not to be. The work and the outcome are as described. If you are in a similar position, book a call and we will look at your profile the same way before we talk.

How results like this happen

None of the cases in this section came from a trick. They all follow the same process: an honest diagnosis of the Google profile, the website, citations, reviews and technical health; fixing what is broken before building anything new; pages written for what real customers in that city search; authority earned from real publications; and a monthly report with a rank grid that shows where you are winning and where you are not.

The timeline is the same too. Month one is diagnosis and repair. Month two is structure and content. Month three is where the first real movement shows, which is why every monthly plan has a three-month initial term and then continues month to month.

What we do not do is constant as well: we do not buy links, we do not publish city-swapped pages, we do not invent clients or numbers, and we do not promise positions. Every figure we publish comes from the client's own reporting, and when a client asks to stay anonymous, we say so.
