SEO para Franquicias y Múltiples Ubicaciones

El SEO multi-ubicación falla cuando la sede trata 20 tiendas como un solo sitio web. Gestionamos un perfil, una página y un mapa de posiciones por cada ubicación.

Why multi-location SEO fails

Most franchise and multi-location SEO fails for one reason: head office treats twenty stores like one website. There is one Google Business Profile that ranks near headquarters and nowhere else, one "Locations" page with a list of addresses, and one set of reviews that belongs to the brand rather than to any store. Google ranks locations, not brands, in the map pack. A single-location competitor two miles from your branch will beat that branch every time unless the branch is treated as its own local business.

What each location gets

Its own Google Business Profile, managed. Categories, services, attributes, hours, photos, products or menu, and a service area set to what that branch actually covers. Posts and Q&A maintained weekly. Reviews answered within a day. Duplicate and legacy listings for that location found and merged.

Its own location page. Built to a consistent template so the brand stays coherent, but filled with real local content: the neighborhoods served, directions from the roads people use, the manager or team, local reviews, the services most requested in that market. Not a swapped city name.

Its own citations. Name, address and phone consistent across the directories that matter, per location, including the industry-specific ones for your category.

Its own rank grid. A seven-by-seven grid across that location's service area, tracked monthly for the searches that matter to that store.

What head office gets

One dashboard with every location's numbers side by side: map visibility, top-three coverage, calls, direction requests, website clicks, reviews received and answered. Locations that are winning, locations that are slipping, and what we are doing about each. One monthly report you can forward to franchisees, or a per-location version each owner can read.

Per-location pricing

Locations Per location, per month
1 to 5 $350
6 to 10 $340
11 to 20 $330
21 to 50 $300
50 and more $250

Every plan has a three-month initial term, then continues month to month. Billing can go to head office or to each franchisee under one program with shared reporting.

How onboarding works

Weeks one and two. We audit every profile, page and citation footprint you have, location by location, and find the duplicates, the wrong categories and the ownership problems that are always there in a multi-location account. We agree the template for location pages and the review process with you.

Weeks three to six. Profiles are rebuilt in priority order, location pages go live, citations are cleaned, and the review flow starts at the store level.

Weeks seven to twelve. Rank grids start to move, the first roll-up report lands, and we identify the locations that need extra attention (a difficult competitor, a new market, a franchisee who is not asking for reviews).

Working with your platform and your franchisees

Location pages can publish into WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, HubSpot or a custom stack, or we host them for you. Franchisees can get read-only access to their own numbers, and a simple way to send us store updates (new hours, a new manager, a promotion). Brand consistency rules are baked into the template so no store can drift.

Why franchises pick us

We have run a nine-location security company in Central Florida for nine years and kept it at #1 in its category across the region. We run a nine-location Orlando café franchise on a per-store program with per-store advertising. The structure is the same for a regional operator with six branches or a franchisor with sixty.

What is not included

Paid advertising is managed separately under Google Ads Management ($100 per month plus 3 to 5 percent of spend, per account). New websites are quoted separately. Everything else a location needs to rank locally is in the per-location fee.
